Martha Whiteley is a public relations expert with corporate and agency experience in successfully driving awareness of pharmaceuticals, healthcare, technology, consumer products, business systems and performing arts. She developed and implemented strategic campaigns to drive the growth of such brands as Caltrate®, Centrum®, Technics and Panasonic.


As the Corporate Communications Manager for Panasonic, she spearheaded PR campaigns for the company’s consumer and business-to-business products. Before joining Panasonic, Whiteley was a Public Relations Manager and spokesperson for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, where she earned an Excellence in Communications Award from the International Association of Business Communicators.


Whiteley is a member of the Public Relations Society of America and a judge for the Pyramid Awards, recognizing excellence in PR campaigns. She is an adjunct professor of Public Relations and Communications at the undergraduate, graduate and professional development levels at Montclair State University and Rutgers University.


She holds an MA degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from the New York Institute of Technology. She earned a BA degree in Communications with a concentration in Television & Radio Broadcasting from Ithaca College.
