Ellen Lazer specializes in websites for small business and nonprofit organizations that help them stand out and communicate with their customers and other audiences. She created the first websites for the Livingston township and school district, which have won industry awards, and for the Livingston library. She is a member of Government Web Professionals of New Jersey and chaired a municipal Technology Committee for 10 years.

As a reporter for local media, she covers government and education and develops innovative feature stories, which have received awards from the NJ Press Association and Garden State Journalists.


Ellen has been a book publishing editor, a school district public information officer, and served as an officer of NJSPRA for many years.
